Production of polystyrene blocks
The raw materials of polystyrene are granular granules that are cooked in different sizes in the primary baking machine with steam depending on the density desired. Then, by injecting the water vapor into the seeds and pressing them in large blockers, the granule beads stick together and large polystyrene blocks are formed.
The productive blocks of Yazdasemin Company are in sizes 100 x 100 x 200 cm or 50 x 120 x 400 cm, which is the production of 4 meters long foam that distinguishes the company from other rivals. In addition, the company is able to supply foam depending on the size of the customer.
Production of steel networks
The sheet of steel molds produced by Yazd Steel Company at 215 cm × 215 cm and free length and spring 0 Wires of 1 to 4 mm in diameter are produced by fully automated machines with factory spot welding system.
These fully automated devices operate with the PLC control system and simultaneously performs 10 boiling points.
Producing three-dimensional portable and non-portable panels
The foam is placed between the mesh meshes and the cutters are inserted into the foam with a constant distance and angle that can hold foam in the middle of the panel well.
Since all the cutters are connected to the steel network with a machine with a spot welding system, all the boiling points are of high quality.
